QUESTIONS MOST OFTEN ASKED ABOUT OUR INSPECTION SERVICES CAN I ATTEND THE INSPECTION? Yes, our clients are encouraged to be present. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and voice concerns. HOW LONG IS THE INSPECTION? Depending on the size and age of the home, most inspections takes from 1½ to 2½ hours. WHAT CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT THE INSPECTOR? Our inspector is a graduate mechanical engineer and a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the leading professional society of the home inspection industry. He is licensed as a Home Inspector in the State of Connecticut. WHAT TYPE OF REPORT WILL I GET? Within two to three business days after the inspection, a typed report in narrative form will be mailed or faxed to you. HOW QUICKLY CAN AN INSPECTION BE SCHEDULED? At least two to three days notice is preferred, but sometimes appointments can be arranged in a shorter period of time. We schedule inspections 7 days a week. HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? Make tentative arrangements with the seller and/or broker for convenient times for an inspection, and then call our office, 860-355-9456. Appointments can be made as early as 8 AM and as late as 5 PM (during daylight savings time).
